What is your Shipping Policy?
- All Domestic orders are shipped the following business day of payment clearing.
- All International orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment clearing.
- All Domestic Orders (Contiguous U.S. Lower 48 states) are shipped via UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight depending on what the buyer chooses
- All International Orders, Hawaiian, and Alaskan orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS based on what the buyer chooses and the size of the package. Larger Packages can only be shipped via FedEx
- If you require your order to be shipped out the same day the order is placed the order needs to be placed and you need to call and speak to one of our customer service reps before Noon EST.
- We will email your tracking number after we have processed your order for shipment. This is usually several hours before the respective carrier will pickup the item. So please wait at least 1 day after receiveing the tracking information before you try to track your package.
- If you do not receive your tracking information please be sure to check your SPAM filters before calling us about the tracking information.
- When submitting your shipping address please be careful and double check the address. If you email us after you have paid for the item we are not always able to correct an address before an item ships. Our shipping department processes orders before our customer service department checks emails.
